Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to The Alchemist’s Cellar. We are dedicated to providing an exceptional educational experience through our scientific wine masterclasses, historical storytelling, and digital membership tiers.

Please note that The Alchemist’s Cellar provides educational services, digital content, and memberships only. We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical alcohol or beverages.

Because our offerings consist of live interactive sessions and digital access, our refund and cancellation policies are outlined below:

1. Digital Memberships (Tier I & Tier II)

• Subscription Billing: Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan).

• Cancellations: You may cancel your membership subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting customer support. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled renewal date.

• Refunds for Active Cycles: Membership fees are non-refundable once billed for the current period. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to your member portal, live Zoom masterclasses, and digital resources until the end of your current billing period.

2. Live Masterclasses & Zoom Sessions

• Attendance: Live educational masterclasses are conducted on scheduled dates. If you are unable to attend a live session, access to recorded sessions or class materials will be made available in your member portal whenever applicable.

• Single Masterclass Ticket Refunds: For individual non-membership class bookings (if applicable), cancellation requests made 7 days or more before the scheduled live session are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future masterclass. Cancellations made within 7 days of the live event are non-refundable due to limited seating and instructor preparation.

3. Digital Products & Downloads

• All downloadable guides, digital course materials, and downloadable audio pairing guides ("Sonic Seasoning") are final sale once accessed or downloaded.

4. Physical Specialty Goods (Tools & Additive Kits)

If you purchase physical tools, additive kits, or merchandise through The Curated Collection Shop:

• Unused Items: Unopened, unused physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

• Damaged or Defective Goods: If a physical tool or kit arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt with a description and photos of the damage, and we will issue a replacement or full refund.
