Important Notice: The Curated Collection Shop and The Alchemist’s Cellar DO NOT sell, handle, or ship physical alcohol or beverages. Our shop exclusively ships specialty wine tools, molecular additive kits, sensory training accessories, and educational materials.

1. Digital Products & Memberships (Instant Access)

  • Tier I & Tier II Memberships: Access to live Zoom masterclasses, historical storytelling modules, digital guides, and member-only portals is delivered electronically and instantly.

  • Delivery Method: Upon completing your subscription or registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing your login details, class schedules, and digital access links. No physical shipping fees apply to digital memberships or educational content.

2. Physical Merchandise (Wine Tools & Additive Kits)

All physical specialty items—such as high-end openers, sensory tools, and molecular additive kits—are fulfilled and shipped through The Curated Collection Shop.

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has officially shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method selected:

If you have not received your shipment within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will happily look into it for you.

4. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We ship physical tools and additive kits to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Standard postal delivery times apply.

5. Damages & Shipping Issues

The Curated Collection Shop is not directly liable for products damaged or lost during transit by third-party carriers. However, we want you to have a flawless experience:

  • If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, and reach out to our customer support within 5 business days of delivery so we can assist you with a carrier claim and issue a replacement tool or kit.
